  Not impressed with service quality and management. It took 45 minutes for our order and it was totally incorrect(mind you it was 1 Turkey wrap, 1 blt wrap, 1 Turkey club wrap, and a pizzarito). After continuously asking for a manager, we were offered nothing except the fixed order. I was very irritated and finally spoke with a gentleman who explained some of the issues and then promised to send the manager back out to correct the situation. I received my corrected order after being given another before that which was wrong. They offered us our money back and gave us $35 in coupons. I'm embarrassed for this location. Never going back.
  
  P.s. the counter staff was not trained and on his phone even when i asked how much longer, he said "um...a few minutes" then got on his phone without checking on our food. Totally displeased and seems to me the needs to be a serious re-training of staff. I have worked in food for 7 years and I have never had such a terrible experience, and haven't had to write such a bad review, but it's deserved. Seems like giving away food and then coupons because your FOH staff aren't trained seems like an ineffective way yo run a business.
